I would do an internet search for your area...other than that I am not sure what to tell you. IF all else fails Cindy Crawford and Kathy Kaehler (she is a trainer for a lot of stars) have a workout video geared specifically toward postpartum women. I used it after my 2nd child and it worked wonders. You can start it at 6 weeks postpartum as long as your doc gives you the all clear. It has a 15 min workout, a 30 min workout, and a 45 min workout. You start small and work your way up. I got to where I was able to to them all in one go.

If you are interested you can find it on amazon.com.

Hope this helps.

Being a trainer myself I can tell you that any trainer should know how to train ladies in pregnancy. If they don't know at the time all they have to do is "brush up" on it, as it's included in our training. Sometimes when we don't use it every day, we need to refresh, but you should be able to be comfortable with most trainers. If you can tell them ahead of time this is what you want, this would help.
