Yes yes yes yes yes! Oh, did I mention- yes! That is really the point of scholarships. Many people end up with ten or twenty and don't have to pay a dime. My school librarian told us that she once had a student who paid for nearly his entire tuition with hundreds of small scholarships. He didn't have straight A's or play any sports, but he was truly dedicated to getting in.

If you applied for separate scholarships from your school, and they were granted to you, it is likely enough that you can keep them. If you have full scholarships from multiple sources, then you will only be able to use one of them. Smaller scholarships from multiple sources, say 1000 each, are fine, but it you applied for and won more money than you require, they make take some of the money back. Make sure your college accepts whatever scholarships you have won, and you should be fine.

Of course! You can actually have more than 100% coverage for college and have money coming straight into your account! It's wise to use it for books or extra college nessecities.
