Never wear white before Memorial Day or after Labor Day.

I think you are confused. It used to be that you were not supposed to wear white after Labor Day and up until Memorial Day of the following year. That "rule" is now kind of obsolete, although white usually doesn't look good with the darker clothes of fall.

Stupid questions like this deserve stupid answers. Don't wear white after Labor Day until Labor Day comes around. But seriously wear white if you feel comfortable wearing white unless you're an albino, that's another story.

If you look good in white, wear white any time you wish.

While the old rule was you wear white in the spring and summer, or if you live in a hot climate, people should not judge you if you decide to wear white in December to match the snow outside.

If your skin is very pale, wear white as an accent rather than the main color. Unless you are a virgin who is getting married.

Just look at your clothes closet, try it on, and look in the mirror. You will know when to wear it.

Traditionally you don't wear white between Labor day and Easter (except, of course, for your wedding dress if you are a first time bride). This particularly applies to white shoes.

A very old rule of ettiquette. It used to be that we wore white shoes and carried white handbages and gloves from Easter to Labor Day. This is no longer in effect. Now we do whatever.

Well, there is a color of white that is called Winter white, to be worn appropriately during late fall and winter months up to Easter, but one may wear white shirts,or blouses year around, to be up with the fashion code of the old school.

I was watching some fashion industry people on tv and they said that old rule is OUT! Now you can wear white all year long. I think that was on Good Morning America? Or Today, one of them.

I would give it two hours, that kind of thinking went away a long time ago. Granted if you are in a wet climate white doesn't always work real well in the rain but thats about it.

Wear white!
