You can hire an attorney to make a P.O. Box inquiry for process service for a child support claim.
If you hold the title, won't motor vehicles give you the address it is registered to?

If you have a child together, then he is entitled to pay child support. Turn him in, they will track him down for free.
What about his parents, or other family.? Maybe they can help.
You might also look in the web site for finding high school graduates. It list each high school city and year graduated. Maybe he registered there.
Another is if your high school has it's own website. Maybe one of his friends is on there and you can ask them.
What does he do for a living. All professionals have to register their current address, most of that is public record. You can log in and use his SS# or sometimes his last name.
Sometimes you can get a address by using his phone number, even if it is a cell phone.
And if he has your car, then he has to have it registered. It's in your name? And you have the title? Call the DMV and see if he registered it lately. If so, report it as stolen, which by rights it is. He also can't sell that car without your permission, unless he forged your signature, if he did then that is a felony.
You may not want to get him into trouble, but you might have no other option. What he is doing is not right, he should be helping with the support of you daughter and if he has your car, he needs to return or replace it. Good Luck!!

The Salvation Army might help you but they will not give you his address. They will have you write a letter and they will send it to him requesting him to contact you. It will be totally up to him to contact you.
Good luck!

stay away from him. go to the state and file for child support - they will find him and you will never need to talk to him. don't put yourself or your daughter in harms way. forget the material stuff - in the end it means nothing!

Whatever you do, its gonna cost you. but if you are going after him for child support, the cost may be added to what he owes you.
