The Immigration and Natralization Service no longer handles the detection and deportation of people in the United States without proper resident/immigrant documentation. That function has been turned over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. The department in ICE that handles the function is called
"Office of Detention and Removal Operations Offices".

Be advised, the people who answer the telephone at the numbers listed can be rude, curt and overworked. You pretty much have to say that you personally have seen the HR department at the employer location creating fake documents or shredding documents or some other really hard proof before they will even take your complaint. If you have anything less than documentable proof they will tell you to call your local police.

For example, if you live in Southern California and you have Latino neighbors who are living in a unit that is under 600 square feet and no one in the unit speaks English and there are over ten adult people living in the unit, from experience you could highly suspect that some of the people in the unit are undocumented. If you call the ICE number and you report this, you will be told to call code enforcement department at your local city hall.

Good luck.
