If she is coughing up blood that could be a sign of internal bleeding. She should see a doctor IMMEDIATELY rather than ask a friend's advice.

Hmm, she could possibly have ... tuberculosis? I'm not sure, but if you've ever seen Moulin Rouge, Satine in there has the same symptoms. Anyways, her symptoms don't sound too serious so far, so I think that it would be best for you to advise her to visit a doctor asap, as you don't want the symptoms to return or worsen.

see a doctor and for your own safety stay at a distance.could be cancer or could be TB. If she's luck maybe it's just an infected sinus infection but you never know till a Doc gives you his medical expertise. Stay healthy, good luck
