Do NOT go to www.freecreditreports.com as this is a commercial site, and they will charge you for your report.
Go to http://annualcreditreport.com as this is the site set up for the purpose of complying with the government law requiring credit agencies to give out FREE reports.
Why are ;you canceling the cards? I would strongly recommend that you NOT cancel them, as this will cause your credit score to take a dramatic drop. If this is due to a divorce, then research your options. You many simply need to have your name removed.

Credit reports are probably your only way. Unless your name is on hers, you probably cannot close her accounts. Why do you want to cancel? Were they lost? I ask this because cancelling cards all at once will immediately drop your credit score. I wouldn't do it for debt reasons. Theft is another story.

Go to your bank and tell them the problem. The web sites that will supposedly tell you about this will also charge you or make you sign a contract for a years service.
The bank can do a search with the credit reporting agencies and they can tell you what cards are out with your name on them.
Don't mess around with this... I had it happen and it took me years to straighten out the mess.
