She was outside for a while and then she started breathing heavy. I brought her in. Then she would go into a corner of the room which she never does and then she kept breathing heavy so I gave her some water. She has been drinking for the past half hour and she is still breathing heavy. PLEASE HELP.

Give her a cool (not cold) bath. She's probably overheated... and dogs can't sweat, panting is their only means of cooling down.

I would call the vet she may have eaten a bee. Is their tongue swollen? If it is a continuous heavy breathe I would get her in. If it is occasional they may have like a hair bull in their throat.

It could be a tick.. My poodle went down, shallow breathing and just couldn't move. Take the dog to the vet now!!! If you love your dog move it....

My dog pants like that often. She's overweight and on predisone, which is why she does. Sometimes dogs pant when they're ill. If your dog is still panting when you read this and it's highly unusual behavior for her, I'd definitely consult a veterinarian as soon as possible.

Sounds like heat stroke. Rub her down with ice water and a soaking cloth and give her some ice cream. Vets recommend it.

the dog is probably overheated and dehydrated. she probaby just needs to cool off, if the problem persists or gets worse you might need to take her to the vet, asap.
