Id prob try acuvue.. they usually get the best feedback from patients.. they have dailys that u can throw away each day and the O2 optics are great at keeping the eyes healthy with lots of oxygen.. great for younger patients

This is a question only you eye doctor can answer. The right contact for you is determined not only by your prescription, but also your general eye health, and your measurements.

The best kind for a new wearer is a disposable type, usually.

The best kind of contacts to get would be the kind that you throw away and replace every couple of months. I have been wearing contacts for over ten years and this is the type that I use. Tell your dad that they are also cheaper than the kind that you keep for awhile. I bet that he will like that!

why don't you get some really sophisticated looking slim eyeglasses untill your about fifteen or sixteen and your parents think that you are more responsible for the care of your eyes, because im in the medical field( a nursing major) and messing around with your eyes at this early age just for popularity is not good. let them see you can handle glasses and maybe they will change their minds

the ones you keep for a while are the best types to get in my opinion. there's a type called acuvue, i think, and they work really well...you should ask your eye doctor on what he/she thinks the best type of contacts for you would be. good luck~! ^_^

If you are a girl, your best contacts would be male.
