So, one of my ribs on my back has been hurting for almost a week now when I sit for long periods of time and when I breathe in deeply. I am not sure what this is!

Also, a few days ago I woke up and was getting sharp pains in my chest/stomach area right below where my bra sits. I am not sure if these are associated or what is going on! HELP!

This sounds like you have a severe chest cold or flu. A lot of chest congestion can make your ribs ache, as your lung capacity is involved. I would go for a checkup at the doctors just to be sure, you could end up with further breathing problems if this worsens. If you had injured your rib severely enough to cause pain for a week, you would most likely remember getting injured. Hope you feel better and have a good day!

I had the same symptoms and guess what? it was gallbladder stones. Go see a doctor and mention your gallbladder. It took two doctors before I was sent for a ultrasound. After discovery of several smal stones, I was scheduled for surgery. So, even though you think it's your ribs, it may not be.
