1) try to find a training partner... a gym, dojo, studio, another martial art classs... ask around... You'll find someone hopefully
Get a punching bag or a grappling dumbing or both... or make one if you like. Shadow boxing, Kata/form training, and conditioning will help but a real live opponent (willing that is) will be helpful if not necessary.

There are many people like your self who might like to hook up with you if you would tell us where you live (within a 100 mile radius). I have a lot of training partners so I'm not really interested but I hope you find one

The legendary wrestling coach Dan Gable used to "shadow" wrestle all the time. I called the "the guy in the mirror" his toughest opponent. At some point you will need others to test what you've learned but you can only help yourself by perfecting your technique.

i'm in the same boat. i practice with my "invisible" partner. I visualize my partner while i'm practising the moves i leared in class.
it helps also to stand in front of a mirror

I enlisted my brother. He out weighs me by 50 lbs, but he helps me learn cuz hes not afraid to hit me hard.
