B. you'll write more lively sentences.

If you had great vocabulary, you wouldn't write longer sentences because quality over quantity so A is wrong.
Vocabulary has nothing to do with revision so C is wrong.
Just because you have an increased vocabulary doesn't mean that you'll read more, so D is wrong.

B, if you have a more colorful vocabulary and put it to use, your sentences are never bland.
ex: The girl was happy about her gifts.
or The little girl was overwhelmed by the onslaught of colorful presents.

a- no, you can stuff all the extra words in a sentence you know, that won't change if you have more vocab
c- it doesn't matter about revision, revision of what, if don't know something or you wanna remember it better, you'll revise it.
d- knowing more words doesn't change the time you spend reading. I know people that know words I've never even heard of but they'll never pick up a book to just read. Or people that don't know half the words in a book they're reading will just look up the meaning and actually learn new vocab.

I would say B. Knowing more words means more variety in your writing. Not answer A - because you could use a good vocabulary to avoid unnecessary words in your writing.
Not C - because you may still revise your overall thoughts.
Not D - because with a bigger vocabulary you'll be spending more time writing and less time looking up words you don't know when reading.

I'm going to say D because I think the more you read the more your vocabulary increases and I think once your vocabulary increase it will only come natural to beable to write longer sentences, create them to be more lively and would naturally spend less time revision.

I´ll go for B, but it will most certainly enable you to express yourself with more clarity and crystallize abstract concepts into words more easily. Your communication gear ratchets up a notch each time you increase your vocabulary. Well... that´s my opinion... right?

All four are possible as each will be easier to do with understanding of more words than previous, I'd say the top three are more likely, and C would be the best answer of the four
