I assume we're talking about Granite City Food and Brewery? Why not call up a local restaurant and ask them for the info? Chances are they either know the answer to your question or can find out for you.

The problem is that in order to do that you need to know what's in them. What kind of potatoes do they use? Do they use milk or cream? Do they use real butter, or margarine. All of this makes a difference when you're figuring fiber, fat and calories.
