I just met this really nice lady on the internet and she lives 20 miles away, and I asked her for a date, and she accepted. My question is, my car is broke down, do you think it would be alright to take her on a date, using the metro bus?

C'mon Man... has it been that long since you been on a date. Did you forget how shallow women can be? There is no way in hel* that any woman who has self respect is going to get up on a bus for a date. If you ask her... that is total disrespect. I would tell you to get f_d' if you asked me to get on the bus. And tell you have no chance of getting in the bus!!!! Anyway. If this a true question.. I would just tell her that your car is broke, and you will make it up to her when it's fixed.

Be honest and tell her that your car is broke. Ask her if doesn't mind picking you up (if she has a car) or just take the bus to her home and have a quiet outing at her house.

Bring up the opt. of the metro, but that you understand if she'd rather wait for your car to be fixed.
