I was e-mailed from West Africa Nigeria that 2 10 mos Maltese was being shipped to me tonight 09-09-06. How can I check on this and where are they being shipped to what airport? Jean Crow

check with the shipping and handler if they dont supply this dont pay

Yikes never buy a dog or anything from over seas there is a big big scam going on right now where someone is scamming people for money from Nigeria had 2 people in my home town be scammed for thousands of dollars so please be aware.. Dog breeder & trainer of labs for the blind for 14 years

They should have told you the airline, departure time, arrival...everything. If not work backwards from what you do know. Personally, I would not buy a dog from Africa but then I'm in the US and there are tons of breeders and rescues here.

Good luck. Hope you used a credit card with buyers protection.

Nigeria, is it a scam. That is the scam country of the world. What are they doing with Maltese dogs? They usually eat them. Don,t keep your fingers crossed.

Most anything from Africa is a scam. Did you happen to see this on Postaroo.com?? They have alot of dogs and birds supposedly for sale that come from Cameroon. Hope you didn't send them any cash.

I really dont think you will be seeing any dogs, and i hope for your sake they dont arrive, depending on what country you are in they will have to face months of quarentine before being able to go home with you, i know in the UK its 6 months!

I hope you have not paid for these dogs as you have more than likely been scammed.

If you have paid for them, get the transaction reversed, if you sent a cheque, cancel it straight away. if you paid with paypal etc, get in touch with them asap. if you wired the money or did a cash to bank transfer there is not a lot you can do i dont think.

i honestly doub tt theywill even be shipped. thats what had happedn to my friend devan... he wanted to sell his drums on ebay and got a bid..so he sent the drums to sumwhere and they gave him a check to give to sumone else...he was part of a passing money scam..and the check wanst even real...
