This teacher prefers D.
Write it while the idea is new. In the first draft, just get the ideas down.
Put it aside for at least 24 hours. Return to it and revise: read it critically, looking for ways to re-organize, say it better, improve transitions, etc.
Go back to it a day or two later and revise again.
Finally, proofread (edit) for mechanical errors.

P.S. No, teachers do NOT love length. Say it simply but say it well. No B.S.!

I have continuously executed it this way: initiate out with the help of writing your body paragraphs first. Then, bypass back and write your creation, forming it around the counsel contained in the paragraphs you've already written. From that you'll truly arise with a thesis. finally your end isn't something more desirable than restating your creation.

I say brainstorm, write a rough draft, tweak it, then re-write with edits, let someone else read it - edit again and then write the final. If you are happy at this point set aside until due

As a middle school language arts teacher for eight years, yup! Answer C.

Remember four good paragraphs are better than four good ones and one stinky one.

All my research papers I wrote in one night. Gathered the info the day before. I re read each paragraph after I finished that one.

Write everything out that you want it to contain, put it all together, and then rewrite it one more time. That should do it..

Most teachers think D, but I say forget that. I write it and then look over it once. Make it long-teachers love length.

Depends what kind of grade you want to get. Personally, I'd go with D.
