I mean Paul gave Jesus all the crefdit...why are churches named after him?

Most likely, he would be upset.
The whole focus of Paul's ministry was dying to self, and pointing the way to Jesus Christ as Messiah.
Sad to think that man has to name things after people and not God.

I don't think Paul or Peter or Raphael or any one of them mentioned in the bible would be upset as long as that church is following Jesus' teachings and not giving the congregation their own personal interpretation of what the good book says.

I think he would be upset about all denominations. It is all sectarianism and paul preached against that in 1Corinthians. chapter 1 divisions among the Corinthians arugueing from what sect they where from. denominations are man made and do nothing but divid the body of Christ. It should never have been baptist or penticastals or Catholics there are saved and unsaved in all of them. We need to unite under one banner Jesus Christ the LORD! put our differences aside come together love our brother and fulfill the word of God:
Jhn 15:12 ,17 This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.
These things I command you, that ye love one another.

i do think that Paul would get upset, he beleived that Jesus was the saviour and that Jesus needed to be recognized for all of HIS work. Paul viewed himself as someone that wanted to share the Good News about all the wonderful things that Crist did for him, he would not want a church to be named after him, or anyone other than Christ for that matter.
Thanks for asking such a wonderful question, i really had to think about it and analyze it, i love questions like that.

He would be glad to easily identify which churches were dedicated to the Savior and which followed the philosophies of men mingled with scripture.
