I would say hands down the Ojon line of products is just amazing for curly and dry hair. They now have several formulas for fine hair, regular and very dry hair. Another line to try is Miss Jessie's which is amazing and started by two sisters who are multi-ethnic with thick super curly heads of hair. They also have a salon in Brooklyn which caters specifically to all types of curly hair. With Miss Jessies you can choose products to hydrate and keep the curls bouncy and tight, or products which give a bit of "stretch" to the curls and lengthen them, all while protecting against frizz, and adding shine too!

Take any of the following oils.....
Olive oil, coconut oil, or avocado oil, and apply to the hair, WHILE ITS DRY! Work it through from scalp to ends, cover with some type of plastic cap.. then take a towel HOT from the dryer, and wrap it around your head turban style..... Leave it on for about one hour, or even more for extra dry, damaged hair.
Wash your hair with a tiny bit of moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. Run your hair under cold water. Squeeze out the excess water and apply straightning/frizz serum to your hair. Apply to the ends of your hair, not to the roots, so that they don't get oily. You might want to add some mousse for extra hold.
Detangle any knots using a wide-toothed comb If your hair is really knotty, try using a detangling spray. Do not brush!
Tips
Before you get out of the shower, rinse your hair with cold water. This will make your hair extra shiny!
Don't use too much hair serum or hair products, because you don't want your hair to look lank and greasy.
Some good products to try: Chi Silk Infusion or Redken Smooth Down, Nexxus Heat Protexx.
Warnings
Don't brush your hair when it's wet, because it stretches and breaks the hair. Always use a wide-toothed comb.

My hair can go really frizzy and curly but I tame it down with a dollop on wet hair of Potion 9. I think its by Sebastien if you can get it where you live. The product Frizz Ease is a help as well.

My daughter's hair is really frizzy but curly, though not quite nappy. Try oiling the scalp to keep it moisturized (I use carrot oil) and I use None of Your Frizness by Herbal Essence, which is a leave in conditioner. I wash and condition with Pantene Relaxed and Natural, and hot oil treatment every 2 weeks. Good luck!

All of the Frizzease products are fantastic.
Get "Refresh" conditioner, "Downplay" reduces frizz. and "Secret Weapon" you use on dry hair for touch ups during the day. The Frizzease serum is also wonderful.
I hate sounding like a commercial but they really are great. Get them at Target, they are not really expensive either.

put some gel in your hair after a wash ,and it won't be frizzy.Make sure you comb it after it dries so it doesn't look greasy either.you will still have curls, but not frizzy, unless you blow dry it and comb it after the gel.you can make it straight but keep combing while drying. Just remember the gel.

garnier fructis curl and shine really works great for making the curls stand out, but it does tend to dry it out a bit; not frizzy, just dry...try a serum or shine to make it shine, and maybe try a hot oil treatment for healthier hair
