Honey, honey, honey....
First of all, if he's your fiance, he's already planning to marry you. So chill out. You've won.
As for marrying you today... impossible without a marriage license already and a plan up your sleeve.
As for making him love you? I'd have to assume since he's planning to marry you, he already does.
Making him miss you? Where the heck is he? If he's not with you, I'm assuming he does miss you... at least a bit.
Are you pregnant? Is there some sort of a reason for the rush?
Take your time... and in the meantime, be responsible for your own happiness. In the long run, you'll make a much better partner/wife for him if you're able to be happy away from him so he doesn't feel suffocated by being your "everything."
Enjoy this time. The marriage (God willing) will last for DECADES but the engagement is short by comparison and you should just cherish it, your independence, your freedom, your privacy and your time for yourself. Once you're married, you give up so much of yourself to be with the other person, and then you become parents and you lose more of yourself... it's not bad... and there are lovely trade-offs... don't get me wrong... but this is the only time in your life you will live for just YOU, so enjoy it!

You can't and shouldn't make anyone do anything they don't want to do. If you are engaged then he already loves you or he would of never given you a ring, let it ride and it will happen if it doesn't then count your blessings cause divorces are dam expencive
