Ingredients:
1 bar chocolate
some cornflakes or other cereal of that type
1 fridge
1 spoon
Method:
melt chocolate (you do this by breaking the chocolate into a bowl, then putting the bowl over a pan of water, boil the water and the chocolate will melt, you could just leave it out in the sun for a bit)
put cornflakes into melted chocolate, stir, put into cake cases or a tin of some description
leave in fridge overnight
voila!

I used to make these as a kid - fast, easy and yummy!
These are so easy and sooo kid-friendly.Chow Mein Noodle Cookies
2 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
2 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 (5 1/2 oz.) can (or 2, 3 oz. cans)
chow mein noodles
1/2 c. cashews or peanuts
In a heavy saucepan combine chocolate and butterscotch chips. Melt stirring constantly over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in chow mein noodles. Add nuts if desired. Mix quickly to coat each noodle, spoon with tablespoon onto waxed paper. Cool.
Note: For variation use all chocolate chips
or just all butterscotch chips
Also, try the following for a tasty, lo-cal treat.
Drain a can of juice packed- crushed pineapple.
Stir in 2-3 packets of Chocolate Instant Alba (or can substitute instant cocoa mix). Should be fairly thick. Drop by teaspoon onto wax paper lined cookie sheet, cover with another sheet of waxed paper, then cover all tightly with foil and place in freezer. Once frozen, peel off sheet and put into zip-loc bags and return to freezer until needed. You can pop out as many as desired and eat. Yummmmy! Do not let thaw!
