Have you ever had that feeling where you feel like you havent done anything good for your body?? Like you've sat in front of the computer all day eating junk food?? What's a good way to get rid of that??

lol...stop sitting in front of your computer & go out side for a short walk come back in drink some water then get your butt back yahoo answers!!!

Everyday! Try to get into a regular progressive exercise routine. I do bent knee sit-ups in bed every morning before getting up. I also do push-ups from the knee during commercials. Start with a low number and do that several times. Also, walk outside at a good speed for a short distance. The main thing is to do these things on a regular basis and try to find a friend or friends to go with you. You slowly increase the exercises until you have a really good work out. You should exercise at least every other day or alternate the exercises and do some everyday. Try to make anything you do fun and it won't seem like a job. Make friends with an older person and make walking with them your good deed for the day.

Reading a book will take that feeling away. I use to eat while I worked on the computer and I found just turning it off and picking up a book takes all of that way.

go out with ur friend go watch a movie but dont stay in home cuz u will stay on the computer eating junk food

- start eating better foods
- do some outside activites
- only spend 30 minutes to an hour a day on the computer (outside of work)

yes!but soon forget!shut it down & go for a trip with not paying attention to yr daily activities /sleep at least 8 hrs. a day /drink plenty of water/do exercise regularly/try to walk in a correct position ,not deviated!as may be customed to/think of matters that take place at that time not before or after that/don't be sensitive!/good luck!!

convince yourself that your totally exhausted from working out all day and sit yourself down with a beer and a bag o nuts in front of the computer for a hard earned rest

yea i feel like that except i dont eat.. i eat one meal a day and then the rest of the food i eat is skittles and blue suckers.. and red bull.. it gives you wiiings! lol.. but you could like spend less time on the comp, eat less (like me) and go for a walk.. i hate running and other exersise but i love walking with my dog and listening to my iPod... or you could take dance classes or something at a gym or somethin like that.. i take dance and its way fun! and it gets you in shape and makes oyu extra flexible! which is always good ;-)

Yes I always have that feeling especially when I do procrastination. To feel better, I just make a to-do-list and accomplish some tasks.
