God would not approve of someone changing they way he made them.

How could a perfect god make imperfect creations?

Being a transsexual means that you have the brain of one sex, and the body of the other, it is an "imperfection", and can be fixed with surgery should a person desire it. Why would god make such a imperfection?

Is plastic surgery or dental surgery changing what god made, and thus a sin? What about surgery to remove an appendix or tonsils? Sin or not?

You can't really say that having one surgery to change your body is a sin, while the more common place ones are not. Even dying your hair changes what god made, and yet I suppose there are no Christian leaders willing to condemn hair dying, dental surgery, or needed appendix removals. How odd.

No you will be the person you wanna be because if God wanted you to be the opposite sex hello!!He would of done it in the first place. By you changing your sex doesn't do anything but disrespect God because you are saying that He made a mistake. And believe me God doesn't make mistakes!!!

God didn't make anybody. He doesn't even exist. Your parents mixed their genes together to make you who you are.

And getting a sex change doesn't mean you are a different person, any more than getting a hand chopped off makes you a different person. In fact, by the time you are 58 years old, every cell in your body has died and been replaced with a new cell. So, by then, you're a new person anyway.

Yes. If you really wanted it.

Some say you were never that person until the sex change.

Besides, sex change really isn't needed for all TS's. Sometimes just living the other gender is all they need.

Whoever voted me thumbs down, F*CK you. I am a transsexual so shut your face.

The ignorant monotheistic supposition of your question not withstanding, people who undergo Gender Reassignment Surgery are real troubled and sick. I believe that they are just another form of birth-defect, and should be put to sleep. Science should study them, try to better understand them, in the hope that we may be able to prevent it from happening in the future.

did you ever stop to consider that God made them that way so they could get a sex change and empathize with everyone?
