Write her a letter or email or even approach her and say "Look, I don't really know how you feel about me. I know we're kinda friends and all but I just wanted to let you know that I really like you!" The best way is to just tell someone when you're interested. if you don't want to tell her, then let your actions speak for you. Start showing her. Stare at her, smile at her, walk her to class, flirt with her, try to make her laugh. Eventually, she'll get the hint.
