I have a question if you get charged with falsification for changing the date on your insurance cards....what will happen when you go to court.... Any ideas

Depends on your prior record. Anything from probation, to fine, to time.

The real suffering will start when your credibility in court is affected. A judge isn't going to accept what you say at face value--you're being charged with fraud!

Being a party in any court case in the future--more than likely you'll lose your case, simply because of this event!

In TX, You may be charged with Tampering with Government Record, or a similar charge in your state. On top of that, the court may fine you for presenting ficticious documents......

Maximum you can be charged is a fine + 364 days in county jail.
