Guys-can you give me a list of the things you look for in a girl?

Not really so much physical qualities-just things that make you like her-and even some things NOT to do. I will definitely pick a best answer, so plz make it good-the longest/best list will win!

1. most important: not american. american women have crazy ideas about relationships and commitment. foreign women are less insane.

2. the ability to endure less-than-ideal conditions. if she's like the princess and the pea, that's a recipe for trouble.

3. few bad habits: a couple things I can live with, but too many is too many. for example, my wife's worst habit is that she loves to shop for shoes. i can do that, but spending entire weekends going store to store for the perfect tv stand is stupid.

4. a strong sense of family: amercians (like me) don't know what "a family" is. most of us (last count, 50%) grew up in broken homes. we need someone who can teach us what that is.

5. not stubborn: if two roads are presented, and they choose the wrong road, they do not stick to it stubbornly even though they know they are wrong.

6. open-minded: willing to try new things, rather than refuse simply because they haven't done it before.

7. respect: pretty much all Western women don't respect men. Because of Oprah, "The Rules," and Dr. Phil, they think they are right even though they are wrong, and men are always wrong even when they're right. of course, the flip side of this is that men need to be tough and willing to be leaders of their family, which american men aren't taught to do.

8. testing: few or no tests, certainly not on a daily basis. all women test their men (regardless of country), but if the women creates a situation where the man can't reasonably pass the test, then it increases the problems stated above.

9. physical attributes: the most attractive thing to a man is an attractive woman, not one who is a chameleon and will change everything every season. Jennifer anniston, for example, changes her hairstyle about once a year, when _she_ gets tired of it, not when she feels she has to. some sense of "fitness" helps too. you don't need an hourglass figure, but for god's sake, take a walk 3 times a week at least.

10. not insane or psychotic: related to #8 above, women have a difficult time looking at cause and effect and deducing the correct relationship between the two. to women: IF YOU DON'T KNOW, THEN DON'T MAKE SOMETHING UP. You are your own worst enemy in this regard.
