Does anyone remember the name of the beer who's advertising slogan was "don't forget the two dots over the u" (referring to the umlau)? I think it was late seventies or early eighties.

Lowenbrau used to sponsor a Porsche 962 in IMSA races like the 24 Hours of Daytona, driven by Al Unser Jr., Al Holbert, Derek Bell and Chip Robinson.

Beautiful, long-lived racecar.

I don't recall the ad you mention, but it might be Lowenbrau, which has an umlaut over the u.
