...how can i make her feel that she is importan...weve been dating for a year and she always gets upset when i say something about college...i try to make her feel special by taking her out and telling her how i feel about her (e.g. "you are the most talented actresses and tennis players in the school!")
i love her..it hurts me to see her feeling this way

Thats a hard one. All you need to do is tell her how much she means to you. If that isn't enough then there really isn't anything you can do. It is not your fault how she feels, and there is nothing you can do to change how she feels. She just needs to realize what she has, and how much you love her. Just tell her how much she means to you, and that no matter what how much you love her. Girls sometimes get like this, and its hard, but i'm sure she'll be okay and you guys will make it through! This reads like a communication issue. I don't think this is due to smarts or how well scholastically you are doing compared to her. I think this is about her feelings of you going to college and the seperation that will result in that. I would suggest broaching that subject.

just break up with her. Your future is much better than hers right now. and plus, she can be a gold digger and steal lots of gold from you. You do not want that. You should get a better girlfriend.

show her your scores and say, "you see hun, everybody can get good grades, you can too" and then reassure her that you are exactly the same as she. Or tell her to stop loving you for your brain and start for your body...
