Good luck on your search. I did some research for you and it wasn't easy finding information on Guam however I did finally find their current Adoptions laws and policies (it's in Adobe PDF format.) http://www.justice.gov.gu/CompilerofLaws/GCA/19gca/19gc004.PDF
Section 4217 covers adoption records. It appears that Guam, like many places, requires a court order to get adoption records or a birth certificate. You could contact a lawyer in Guam to see what the likelyhood is of whether you could prove any special circumstances to get the records opened (although most adoptees in US states have said it's almost impossible to get closed records open even with a good reason.)

Other adoption resources include searching for the keywords "Guam Search Angel" in a major search engine and checking out adoption registry listing to see if anyone is looking for you and to register your information. (Registry.adoption.com did have some listings for Guam adoptees.) Search Angels usually charge a fee and I believe the fee doesn't usually guarantee that they will find any information about your birth family.

If you do find you are making some headway with your search, I'd recommend also visiting adoptee reunion support message boards and reading books written about adoption reunions since it can be such a rollercoaster ride and even the best reunion has its rocky moments from what I've been told.

Best Wishes to you!!

See if you can work with a genealogical group, they should be able to help you.

The Mormon Library in Salt Lake City has a massive internet system for locating family members to establish your history.

Good Luck in your search.
