BMI is not an exact science - i am well under 20 and fit and healthy, but if you want to put on weight exercise is a good way as muscle is heavy. Eat more protein and exercise more, it will also make you more healthy

Well, make sure you eat a balanced diet. The new food pyramid is a good guideline. Also, supplements like Ensure and Boost are nutritionally designed for the underweight. There are also generic forms of these that may be less expensive. If your lipids are fine, you can eat more of the stuff others can't. Make sure you don't skip meals. Also, if you have trouble eating alot at one time, make up minimeals and healthy snacks.

Hello to gain weight you need to be eating and then getting the right amount of cellular nutrition and products with the right vitamins, minerals, antioxidants that your body needs on a daily basis. You need to be on a shapeworks program that allows you to eat three meals then have a shake after that meal to help maintain the growth of the body in a nutrutional way.
