Please think really really hard about spending your money on something else. What's the point of under-car lighting? So you can identify road-kill quicker?

I sell and install under car neon. Your better off going with LED rather than neon. It lasts longer. Here in New England due to our roads and the weather, the stuff breaks often. We get approximately $400.00 for the product and install. This is something you should not buy on line because when you have problems ( and you will ) you can bring it back to where you got the kit from and more than likely most real car audio shops ( not Best Buy & Circuit City ) will help you out. Varad and Street glow make the best LED tubes.

About wheels, I would probally go with 17's or 18's depending upon your driving habits and the roads where you live. Chrome is more expensive than silver or black, depending upon the company you deal with you could expect to pay from $900.00 and up. Try to find a shop that sells both so you can get the best deal.

Don't be an idiot. You will look ridiculous and everyone will point and laugh as you 'crooz round the MaccyD's carpark eying up the 14 yr old girls'. The only thing worse is to start bolting on stupid wings and plastic 'go-slower' bodykits.
www.barryboys.co.uk should convince you if there are any lingering doubts.
Save your money and upgrade to a better car, rather than spending money to devalue the one you have now. For the price of the alloys and neons, you could probably end up with a newer 1.8 or better.

I can't answer that question, but I know that it's a cop magnet. In alot of states it's illegal to have those lights on when your vehicle is in motion.

You need to check your states motor vehicle laws first. In many states these lights are illegal.

Why would you want everyone to know how old you are? Just put a squirrel tail on your antenna, much cheaper.
