Anyone here have experience with a Jaguar XJR? Are these cars money pits?

Just wondering what people who have had experience owning or repairing Jaguars think of the Jags made in the last ten or so years... I am thinking of buying one since it seems that there is a ton of XJS, XJR and other S types for sale. I would appreciate any pointers on what to look for and what to avoid etc. etc.

I had one, I loved it, but they are a money pit. If you get one, don't have it as your everyday car.....

Had one, love it, money pit and if you have to ask, you shouldn't buy it, that's the price you pay unless you want a Honda. People that buy those cars the price of upkeep is really not a concern.
