I have some pictures on my computer and i deleted it by mistake and after that i formatted the computer and installed new operating system, Is there any way to recovery the pictures after formatting the computer?

You're pretty much out of luck, once you reformat without backing up data, everything is gone.

Sorry. When you reformatted, all existing data was lost. Format usually reminds you of this before it takes action.
Suggest you pick up a flashdrive ot two and backup your files.

Unfortunately, there is no way to recover them after formatting.
