Yes I have had sex with a next door neighbor. It was more or less a one night stand so there was nothing to get over. If he is screwing another girl then you know that he doesn't want you any more. Go out and do things to quit thinking about him and meet someone else you can get it on with.

I've never done that but i think what you should do to get over him is go out with another guy and have HOTT with him and then you'll forget all about this other guy who apparently used you
