A slice mainly caused by casting the club from the top (cause the club head to cut across the ball). The first move has got to be down not out. Poorer golfers try to hit it harder and tend to throw the club out. Slow down, swing easy and start the club down from the top for better results. Essentially this fault can be summed up as over swinging.

Missing the ball. Next is losing the ball. After that it's forgetting to bring a ball in the first place. Golf is a load of, er, faults.

Easily the most often fault of medium to medium high handicappers is not properly loading onto your back side and not getting your shoulder back behind the ball. Don't Sway though!

The preswing routine the don't set up for the shot the proper way. The results is a bad shot, no chance to hit it good. You have to make sure your grip, stance, and lined up at a target before each shot. go to www.pga.com improve your game section of more information or my 360 blog roll

The reverse pivot. The problem is that they lean foreword, and put weight on their front foot. You are supposed to put 80% of your weight on your back foot and 20% on your front foot. A reverst pivot causes slices
