milia are little white spots-u cant squeeze them, its not a pimple.its a clogged oil gland, but not an acne thing, babies are often born with them u melt them-while watching tv for a few nights, just keep a fingertip on them.u'll look and feel silly, but after doing this a few times,it will reabsorb.look up "milia" on the web.ps-in ur case it is probably milia, not hi cholestrol.deposits due to high cholestrol are uncommon under the age of 40.if u are in teens or 20's,with oily skin, its probably milia.

I agree with Melissa. Hot compresses through the day will help stimulate the blood flow and naturally unblock it. If it does not in 3 days, go to your eye doctor for medication that will unblock the little glands. Do not squeeze or try to pop them.

as you said the smaller one has been there for a while, obviously it has not caused you any problems, with your sight or painful so i shouldnt worry too much unless they effect your sight or you notice a rapid change then consult your doctor, do not try to pop them even if they do have a head, as they are so close to your eye you could end up damaging your eye. see how you go for now.

These don't go away on there own.If you leave them they will get larger over the years. You can remove them yourself but not by squeezing them, you have to cut or graze the skin beside them and slide them out as they are hard. A fine sewing needle will work. My gran & mum had these.

Sounds like calcium deposits. You will need to see your Doctor to have it properly diagnosed though. Don't worry, not a major problem.
