Whatever you like as long as its 30min and over.....High energy movement is best. Run, jog, or walk.

I'm a personal trainer and the answer to this is running (sex is the next best one but then again it depends how long it lasts ;) !!)

Swimming and cycling are also high on the list but the reason why running is the answer is because running uses more muscles in the body and the more muscles that are used the more energy you use.

If you aren't a fan of running you can try nordic walking!! (*wierd but it uses 90% of the muscles in the body)

The eliptical cross trainer. Without a shadow of a doubt! Its a bit a dull but whack the telly on and minutes fly by.

high intensity interval training will burn the most calories long term. you'll continue to burn calories even after you stop exercising.

Running on a treadmill in a AC room or swimming in your private swimming pool are cleanest.

Any kind of exercise you do in water. Exercising in water is much more soliciting to the body than any other kind of sports.

walking for half an hour uses about the same calories as jogging for half an hour, get a dog and go for a walk.

The one which you will do the most. For me it is bike riding. Other activities will burn more, but I won't do them as much. Find which activity you like and do it.
