I have just finished three crabs. Those color stuff was sooooo good.

It goes well with pasta and rice too... Yum. Yum.

Anyway, if you are high in cholestoral, one should cut down the consumption. The key is the moderate amount.

I have never heard of any dizziness from eating crabs.

Speaking from experience and 2 of my family members, yes! But I believe the amount of crab fat that you consume will make a difference. If you only eat the fat from 1 small to average size dungeness crab, I doubt it ll affect you in a way that you ll feel dizzy soon after consumption. However, if you consume more than 1 - 1 1/2 or more crab s fat (even if you don t eat the meat, just the fat itself), I am almost sure that It ll get you dizzy. It happened to me twice. My cousin and I were too excited to see crabs with lots of fat and we shared probably 3 big fat ones, she and I were so dizzy soon after, we couldn t stand; we had to lay down because our dizziness was just too uncomfortable. I thought that incident was a fluke, so sometime in my life again...tried consuming as much crab fat, I got the same symptoms. My aunt who eats less crab fat than I did, gets extremely dizzy.
So again, eating crab fat does or will not necessarily make you feel dizzy.....it s the amount of the fat that will dictate otherwise. So just be aware of the consequence and try to limit the heavy consumption - at least that s what I do and so far, I haven t felt that way since I gorged on too much crab fat. If I m not mistaken, I believe crab fat will affect your cholesterol (hence "fat"), and if your cholesterol shoots so high, I see why someone would feel the effect of dizziness.

I have never heard of it. I know shell fish (like crab, for example) can give an allergic reaction sometimes, you will be short of breath and have to get into a hospital. But that's different, and happens very rarely/

Too much salt or sodium and being over weight, both contribute to high blood pressure. If your that bad overweight, try switching up your diet, and drop some weight.

Those are the eggs unless you are talking about lobster. In that case no, it is a delicacy.
