would like to find a farmer around Cadillac, Houghton Lake, Farwell,,Clare, Harrison.(northern michigan) And do you know what they are getting per lb.?

Go to a butcher shop, probably one of the small family owned shops that carry specialty items. If not, go to Sams Club or Costco if they have those in MI. Expect to pay between 4-6$ per pound. Sometimes you can get them for $3lbs

see if you can look up meat locker in that area, the only one I know of is in Byron Center on 84th off 131 Its call Byron Center Meat locker, but its a bit of a trip if your that far north. I'm headed back to Mi next week can't wait to get home, in Ga now
