Sure we can. This is happening in the Politics section as well by other participants with a personal agenda.
This makes as much sense as the participants themselves who post answers stating, "if you get me suspended, I'll just come back under a new ID in 5 seconds, you can't kill me." They know who they are. This is all a game of resisting authority, then they get to blame Yahoo. The suspension of this ID is a matter of time. Suspending this one simply means he/she will come right back. It seems this is common here.
