No, tried to find that it is not there,
found the truth in Acts 2:38
Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
even in john 3, Jesus said this
3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
to be born of water is baptism and born of the Spirit is receiving the Holy Ghost

Yes, I have accepted the Lord as my personal Saviour! 37 years ago.
No you won't find these words in the Bible, they are simply used so that people can more easily understand how to be saved.
Rather than the words 'born again' as in John 3, these words are used instead.
Trust this helps

Hmm, what is your point? Do you have something against accepting him as your personal saviour? Nitpicking is what good non-believers do... they say, well, since this isn't specifically in the bible, I'm okay.. well, wrong answer..
Jesus said that the only way to the Father is through him, that means you have to accept Him, and, if you don't, then, NOPE, Jesus is not your personal saviour. and, once again, another lost soul to pity when you arrive in hell, if you do not accept Jesus.

No, I have not. I don't accept myths as personal saviors.
And you probably won't find "personal savior" in the Bible, just like you won't find "trinity". You might find stuff about how you should have faith in God, which is close to "accept the Lord". Paul talks a lot about that junk.
Most of today's Christianity is really only loosely based on the Bible. As society has evolved over time, the religion has softened up some. If you look at Islam, you can see them starting to do the same thing, though they have farther to go. The stagnation of society in the Middle East has caused their religion to not evolve as much as other religions. So, their religion tends to be harsher. Christianity was like that, too, in the Middle Ages. And no matter how much religion softens as society evolves, there will always be fanatics.

Jo 4:21 Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father.

To be baptized in the blood and spirit of Jesus is a personal thing, Jesus didn't come to save everyone at one time, it's on an individual basis as is the blessings he gives us. There's a lot of terminology used that isn't in the bible but it has it's basis and proof in the bible.

You really hit the nail on the head, nondescript!
But no, I have not and will never "accept the Lord as my personal Savior".
Why?
All Christianity ever brought me was unanswered questions, pain, and emptiness.

That's because the terminology comes from Bill Bright and Campus Crusade for Christ, not the Bible.

i trust that salvation starts immediately of conversion and keeps for all eternity. Outward appearances might want to be deceiving. some say they're saved, as Judas replaced into contained in the bible, yet Jesus referred to as him the devil. God promised us eternal existence after we are saved, to me meaning basically that - existence eternal. Christ suggested:" Ye might want to be born back." He did not say:"Ye might want to be born back and back and back." If someone is truly saved, their existence will change. you may actually no longer help that. together we are able to continuously be sinners, yet we are able to do our proper no longer to sin and after we do, we confess our sin to Jesus Christ, say sorry and bypass on. the myth of the prodigal son supplies this social gathering. He once replaced into on the fringe of his father, then left and led a sophisticated existence. even as he lost all his money and friends and had no longer something to seem ahead to in existence he keen to go back to his father. He replaced into ashamed and did not experience worth yet he got here back besides. His father said him coming homestead and prepared a dinner party and welcomed him homestead with open hands. No speeches or corrections. the daddy replaced into satisfied to make certain his son come homestead. Unconditional love. it truly is how that's with a saved Christian.
