Anyway, I know I've got to pray 5 times a day....
but, I can't...

thing is, I can't read 'Al-Fatihah' properly,
and to make things worse, I can't even read 'tahiyyatul akhir'
properly either.

I used to be able to, and i dunno, for some
reason, i just.... stopped being able to.

Well I can't exactly go see my teacher now (it's 3.45am)
so yeah....

what do I do?

And as for the rest of you, come on mann... you can
get your 2 points elsewhere.

I mean, it's only 2 points, dammit!

By the way, I'm 24. Yeah2....whatever

First of all .....if you want to get anything done right you have to start believing in yourself....
I realized after like 7 years i was reading Ayat-ul-kursi incorrectly. I panicked and when i read the Suarh and tried to memorize it...i was like i cant rememeber this...i keep forgetting...but Alhamdulliah i memorized it the same day.
So you should just have the intention and ALLAH will make it easier for you....just be willing to do it and have confidence in yourself....tell yourself i can and i will do it...dont give up
if Arabic is a problem....you can read the verses in english
Inshallah you will be successful ....
p.s. you say you cant pray 5 times a day...if u need encouragment ....lemme know ..... im getting my friends 2 pray fajr....

u know the first thing thats asked by the angel in the grave is about your prayer, wether u wholly did it etc. al-fatihah is the easiest surah. i had trouble with the tahiyatul akhir but im doing fine now. it just takes practice. like everything else. God isnt mean enough to let u astray but he wont help u either if u dont start helping urself first. praying is the pillars of islam. its what differiantiates us from others. u have to do it.

Just pray as best as you can!! Recite Surah Fatiha and Tahiyatul as best as you can, any mistake you make will be forgiven by Allah (Inshallah). Just make the effort and let that be that!! Practice reciting and you'll get better! Don't let that be your excuse on the day of Judgement ("I didn't pray because I couldn't recite properly")!

Please, take it easy
Allah is the the absolute Mercy.
God is accepting the prays as much as we can.
Allah loves to communicate with you 5 times aday.
You have to pray 5 times aday . Allah will be so glad to find you in time standing and communicating to him.
Allah is listening to heart. what ever is the language you are speaking.
If you can't read "alfatihah", replace it by :[" Sobhan Allah' 3,5,or7 times].
"Altahiyat " may be replaced by:
" I certify that NO GOD BUT ALLAH, Mohammad is messenger of Allah"

And take your time to study "Alfatiha' and "Altahiyat" till you are acquainted with them ,. After that you may introduce each in your praying.

I'm 15, Muslim, never prayed before, haven't read the Quaran, and probably going to hell but the worl will still go 'round!
If you can't, then don't. If Allah doesn't understand, then convert or something... okay, yeah, insensitive. You probably won't go to hell if you dont pray 5 times a day... just do it as much as you can
