Most of my enemies were made there. They do not teach real beliefs instead they preach culture and exclusivity. In a way most popular religions are mad like cults. I refuse to attend a church mosque or synagogue where the people in charge are totally educated on how to make a living off of people they think they are better than. If you are in church for example you are supposed to view yourself as equal to everyone there. NOt " I need admiration and affection and money and authority over anyone else and OH YEAH... I AM SAVED NO MATTER WHAT! I dont know about you
though even if you buy totally into my Bull*****!"- preacher/teacher

You have a problem: there is no fake people in church. They are all real people!

Now, I understand that church consists of
1. genuine people who are trying. They sin sometimes, but are always sorry and try to do right next time.
2. hypocrites. People pretend to be good but are really wolves in sheep's clothing.

Expect to meet both groups (as members) in any church.

It seems to me that your real problem lies with LEADERS who are in it just for money, fame, and power. I don't know what church/churches you went to, but the one of which I am a member, the leaders are elected democratically. Vote them out. Be sure you can substantiate your position with proof THAT ARE ADMISSIBLE IN A COURT OF LAW.

I have probably posted this a hundred times in response to this very scenario. This is what you get when religion is taught instead of Christianity. Everyone gets a feel-good sermon, get a candy-coated Christ, health and wealth sermons, name it-claim it sermon. Religions have created God Inc. He's now on sale at your local christian crummy book store. But, all you can do is pray for them, don't resent them or hate them, we are all failures, that's why we need Jesus. Don't let such emotions eat you alive or else you'll end up like them.

Religion and politics are populated by the same type of people. The only difference between a cult and a religion is whether you believe in it or not.
