I mean, there is also unprocessed salt for sale also, its more expensive but more tasty , gathered directly from the ground its more natural and i think that is more healthy, so why do they bothered to make processed salt for use in the kitchen?

but when i say more expensive...is still cheap because kind of like 0.99 cents for 1Kg, i find it still very cheap, if they didnt make processed salt unprocessed salt could be even cheaper

Table salt: A fine-grained refined salt with additives that make it free-flowing, it is mainly used in cooking and as a table condiment. It will also often contain additives, including iodine (aka iodized salt). It dissolves quickly when exposed to low heat. Other salts dissolve slower and have different tastes and purposes.. check out the website below for a list of the different salts and their uses !! very informative.

Look at processed salt as "genetically modified tomatoes". They are normal salt but with modifications like other nutrient stuff like iodine and the like.So if you actually do need added nutrients on your food, it is adviseable to us for cooking as much as eating.
