I believe I have hypothalamus and need help asap.?

This problem is making me very sick , I sweat day and night and it is starting to efficting my heart and short term memory

Everybody has a hypothalamus. Its part of your brain. (well, its a gland right next to your brain)

Everyone has a hypothalamus. Perhaps you were referring to something else?
