If your neighbour is married, then this is the wrong reason full stop for having a fling. If you were both single then yes-but this isnt the case??

You alreay yknow what her intentions are, and what she is capable of-cheating on her husband. Her marriage sounds in trouble and you will just be complicating matters future.

You also live next door to her husband-what if he were to find out? It would be an extremely difficult situation to get yourself involved in, especialley as you live so closeby!!

Also, as he is your neighbour, what is your relationship with him? Are you friends etc? As i would put friendship (especialley close friendship) before any fling-ESPECIALLEY if i would be having a fling with their partner!

This woman sounds manipulative and out to get what she wants, Once she has you, she will probabley just discard you as she has done (or is planning on doing) to her husband. Once a cheat always a cheat, and i wouldnt be surprised if by her actions-she hadnt cheated on her husband before. She doesnt seem to have any morals what so ever?

Also, does she have any children? You have to consider others and what it will do to their family. Do you really want to be responsible for breaking the family apart from one another? Let the relationship run its course.

If you are questionning yourself then this suggests to me that you are at leas thinking of doing it-do you really want to be just seconds? There isnt any future in this, and if there were-you would be the subject of controversy-you would possibly break up a marriage (and family if there are any) and in the end im afraid, she would probabley leave you for someone else, like she is planning on doing to her husband.

My suggestion is to be honest and open to her and tell her a straight out; No. Give her your reasons and move on...run! :)

If she keeps pestering you, threaten to tell her husband, and get yourself a decent relationship. If she still doesnt get the hint-gather some evidence of her trying to cheat on her husband-and show it to him!

And...if you are already in a relationship yourself and are considering having a fling with this woman then you need to seriously question yourself why you are either in thsi relationship.

I hope this helps...good luck! x

Five ways not to get caught doing a married chick.....
1. Don't do it at her house
2. Don't do it in her car
3. Always leave your pants around your ankles.
4. Wear a Halloween mask.
5. Send her husband some basketball tickets in the mail. Make sure he is out of town.

Do you trust lairs and cheats? That's what she is!

Enjoy confrontations with angry husbands and wreaking families?

She sounds like bad news to me and your too smart to have all that mess right on your doorstep right?

If not, you are asking for a LOT of trouble and you may even have to move house when your affair is discovered or you break up. I would hate to live so close an ex lover and their spouse!

Oh ! the dangerous web we weave, when we practise to deceive!

Stay away from her. This can only lead to major trouble. You could be shot by her husband. Look at the newspapers. It happens all the time. Also she is a $lut and could have diseases.

don't do it! you will only cause yourself headache and grief and believe me, it is not worth it. plus you'll be commiting adultery by messing with a married woman and according to God, that's a sin. and what does that really say about the type of person she is? don't do it!

I think you know the answer to this one. Keep away from her unless you want your head blown off by a jealous husband. She should have hers examined.

If it were your neighbor...I don't think I'd volunteer to service her. That could cause some serious "health problems". Her husband might decide it's too handy to stop your breathing privilages!

Run in the other direction.
You do not live in an episode of Desparate Housewives.
