You should expect to fail. Life is not some crappy fantasy movie.Colleges are serious about football, and unless you completely sacrifice your body, you simply won't make the cut.Football is a thinking game as well as a physically challenging game, and unless you have played the game you can't possibly succeed at the college level.

Please Please Pretty Please by all means GO to The University of Georgia and walk onto the team. They could use another practice dummy.

By the way...I have children your age,and if I caught them referring to an adult who tried to give them an honest answer as a "loser",they would lose more than computer privileges.
Learn some respect kid.

You sure can walk on and try out. Most colleges do allow walk ons but since you never played high school ball I wouldn't get your hopes up to much. You have to realize that at a major college like UGA most everyone there will be a high school star from somewhere. Your chances are slim to none

I started football my freshman year of high school and that was considered late! I was in over my head at that point so I would have to say that walking on a college football team would be a BAD idea!..... Unless you've already got some MAJOR talent.....

watch some games NFL college and any other football games. there are straps and athletic equipped glasses, ask current players, learn how to block, tackle and the faster you run the better. try for junior varsity, even if the season is started you can watch any school team practice. Talk to a coach if you can and if you join the coach wil evaluate where u might fit on the team if you are unsure of a position you would be good at.

Seriously...the odds of you walking on at a school like Georgia are pretty remote. Maybe you should see about getting a scholarship to a smaller school.
