No this isn't a bad thing, this is such a good decision and you really should be proud of it.

As this is a personal issue, I think you should only tell the people closest to you... If you're starting to date a new girl, wait a little and see where things are headed before telling her just what to expect (or in that case, not to expect) from the relationship.

This decision will guarantee you that you're dating girls that are worthy of your time, and in the end you'll be way happier.

And if you ever feel like giving up because you think "everyone is doing it", keep in mind that many teens are lying, and many end up with std's, abortions or just heartbreaks...

Hey, i made the same decision. It is not wrong to make taht decision, It wouldnt impact the amount of girls who would date you. Dont worry about that, because you are not suppose to date milion of girls, just the one you are looking for. But, i warn you, many of them will insist you on doing, it isnt easy to find a girl that thinks the same way.

Tell girls. Personally, I'd find it sweet and refreshing. Don't worry so much about the number of girls who want to date you. Worry about the quality of the girls who want to date you. Sound cliche, but it's true. Rather one really good, long-lasting relationship than 10 bad, short, sex-based relationships. If it's really not about sex for you, it'll work out better and your relationships will be SOOO much less complicated.

your sex life including your virginity should be kept private. If you have seen the movie "40 yr old virgin", you'll learn about how a TRUE WOMAN really is. And in fact, we'll be grateful to have such a man because we can explore together and learn together to have a very romantic sex life.

Well, if you compare it to a more experienced man, they are more into lust. But as to a virgin man, they are careful.

Anyway, just keep it to yourself. And share that to the rightful woman when she comes.

it shouldn't . i am a women and a junior in college. any girl wjo thinks it is all about sex is stupid and wrong and very very very slutty. it wont impact your relationship with girls if they start in on you about it then dump them . you should be proud of what you decided hun. don't let those sluts tell you it is all about sex. i didn't have sex till i was 18 and already in college by then. college isn't one big sex party either trust me. studying is more important then sex..
