Yes, definitely. They have no business having children if they're "starving" and aren't stable.

If you're going to the trouble to find illegal immigrants to implement such a plan, why not save the money on the birth control part and just send them back home?
For what it's worth, the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which is the basis for the "anchor baby" game, is being horribly abused by illegal immigrants and their supporters. The 14th Amendment was originally passed during the Reconstruction period after our Civil War to ensure that all former slaves were granted automatic United States citizenship, and that they would have the same rights and privileges as any other citizen. Many of the defeated Southern states at the time were imposing laws called "Black Codes" to control and terrorize former slaves, laws that treated ex-slaves as something less than citizens.
Obviously, the current misuses by illegal immigrants were not the intent of the authors of the 14th Amendment. It seems to me that the sensible thing to do is to repeal or amend this amendment.

You can't keep people from reproducing. Maybe if there was a law of sorts, that said if you do give birth before you are a legal immigrant, you must return to your home country, and start the process over. Even that sounds dumb. Oh well, good luck with this one!

If there was a way to prevent they from having babies then there would be an even easier way to deport them, don't you think.
Lets follow the law, enforce the punishment of deportation and not worry about them having babies.

I think we ought to get the illegals out of the country. Why should we support them, why do you think they are called illegal aliens. Send them all back to where they came from unless they pay taxes, and support themselves like the rest of us. I work with several illegal aliens and they have better cars and homes than me, and collect welfare!

No way! Our country has no right to tell people how many children they can have. We are not a Communist country.
Even so, they wouldnt listen.
Seriously they are ILLEGAL, we can't make a law or anything about them because they DONT CARE and DONT LISTEN TO THE LAWS.

I think we should hand out condoms lubricated with crazy glue at all free clinics. This would cut down on the illegal population.
