this is pretty simple... try to go out with him. yes. why? well because if it bothers you then you wanted to go out with him in the first place. its your fault you didn't. just because he has a girlfriend doesnt mean he is not still interested in you. let him know that you did like him flirting and you want to be his girlfriend. if you never liked him and you are wasting our time complaining about what a guy who you dont even want to date does, then leave him alone.
