My best friend likes annoying me, we joke about it and i call her sadistic, but do you think it means something, or is she just messing around?

I wouldn't call her sadistic, thats a little mean, unless of course she actually likes doing that stuff.. lol

If she likes you, she will be nice to you. If she is mean to you, it means that she has got nothing to prove or lose.. she's more likely to just see u as a friend.. so that means, no she does not like u... question is, do u like her?

Could be. (Not necessarily, but it's likely enough)
Usually when a girl isn't interested, she'll more often than not ignore you than be mean to you.
